Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of websites and Shopify apps operated by GLMK Services LLC (“GLMK,” “we,” “us”), including Catalog Sale (Shopify App Store listing name: GLMK Catalog Sale), future apps from GLMK Services LLC, and glmkapps.com. By installing or using our apps, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The service

We provide software applications that integrate with Shopify to help merchants with promotions, profitability insights, inventory and pricing guidance, and related store operations. Features, plan limits, and pricing may change as we improve the product suite. Current Catalog Sale plan names and limits are shown in the app and on glmkapps.com.

Accounts and eligibility

You must have authority to install apps on the Shopify store you connect. You are responsible for activity under your store and for keeping access credentials secure.

Plans and fees

Apps may offer Free and paid plans with different usage limits. Paid Catalog Sale plans (Growth, Pro, Scale) are billed monthly through Shopify’s Billing API / Shopify App Billing only. We do not charge Catalog Sale subscription fees outside Shopify Billing. Merchants change plans entirely through Shopify Billing in the app.

Fees already charged for a billing period are non-refundable except where required by law or Shopify policy. If you cancel a paid subscription in the app, you typically keep paid features until the end of the current paid period shown in the app; that period is not prorated by default.

Insights and recommendations

Finance, profitability, inventory, pricing, and market-related features (when available) provide informational guidance only. You remain solely responsible for business, tax, accounting, and compliance decisions. GLMK is not your accountant, auditor, or financial adviser.

Discounts and store outcomes

You are responsible for the promotions and configurations you choose, including pricing, eligibility, and compliance with advertising and consumer laws. We are not liable for lost revenue, margin impact, or checkout outcomes resulting from settings you apply.

Intellectual property

The apps, website, branding, and related materials are owned by GLMK Services LLC or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the apps while installed on your store in accordance with these Terms.

Privacy

Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy, including commitments related to GDPR and other applicable international privacy laws.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GLMK Services LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the app in the three months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service. Upon uninstall, shop data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Tennessee, excluding conflict-of-law rules, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country.
